Just us for an afternoon of food, beer and shopping at REI! Join your fellow explorers for an afternoon of lunch, beer and shopping at REI! Event Description of Activity: Let's meet at Thirsty Monk's Biltmore Town Park location for lunch and drinks. We'll snag a table outside (don't worry - they have outdoor heaters). If you'd like a healthier food option, Tasty Greens is right next door and you can find their menu here: https://tasty-greens-usa.square.site/. After we have full bellies, we'll walk down to REI for some shopping to wrap up our afternoon! ** PLEASE NOTE: Ambassadors are not wilderness first aid certified and are not guides. This is a casual get together for shared outdoor enthusiasts. Safety is a top priority; please plan accordingly.** Event Guidelines (for Covid): By registering for this event, participants agree to abide by the guidelines set forth by Women Who Explore which include: Practice social distancing Carry a personal hygiene kit (mask and hand sanitizer) and have it available during the event Refrain from sharing transportation, gear, food or close spaces with others outside of your household Practice self-awareness and do not attend if you have had any flu-like symptoms, exposed to or have tested positive for Covid in the last 14 days.
