This is a contract job with the possibility for full time hiring at the end. The contract is for 2 months and the pay rate is $16. If I decide to keep you at the end of the contract you will be able to transition into a direct hire full time position at $17.00 The prime candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, a team player, hard working, honest and efficient. The duties include but are not limited to, sweeping/vacuuming/blowing the interior of a house structure and exterior lot. Picking up all construction debris including wood, nails, styrofoam, screws, paper, chicken wire, etc. As well as picking up all trash. It is our job to maintain the cleanliness and therefore safety of the construction site. You must have your own transportation because these are Custom homes and therefore one per site. The home are located from west to east valley with 95% in the east valley. You will also need steel toed shoes and a hard hat as well as gloves.
