Using classical, gypsy jazz and folkhe has created a unique style that is making waves in concert halls across the globe. His recentsuccesses have led to a Sony Classical recording contract and a performance for the Dutch King andQueen.Tim has shared the stage with legends Frankie Gavin, Richard Galliano and Les Paul and has beenlauded for his musical genius by Nigel Kennedy. He was awarded the Scottish Jazz Award(International), has collaborated with the Richard Strauss Festival, Netherlands and TallinnChamber Orchestras, the Cape Town Philharmonic and curates the Fiddles on Fire Festival inRotterdam, The Netherlands. Tim Kliphuis is a Pirastro and DPA artist. Jimmy Grant Jimmy Grant grew up with bluegrass, folk, celtic and classical and soon gravitated towards themusic of Django Reinhardt, studying with acclaimed jazz guitarists Jim Nichols and Howard Alden.He cites Bach, Joe Pass and Benny Goodman as his main influences.Jimmy has performed with David Grisman and European musicians Ludovic Beier (accordeon) andPaulus Schäfer (gypsy guitarist), as well as the Hot Club of San Francisco.
