SISE is a 2 day event at Marion, with Saturday being competition day and Sunday seminars and a chance to connect with sponsors and vendors! SISE is a 2 day event at the Pavilion in Marion sponsored by Black Diamond Harley Davidson and RV, Rise Performance 618 and Stack'd Supplements! On Saturday we will have three different competitions starting in the morning - CrossFit, Powerlifting and Strongman. On Sunday we will have seminars, demonstrations, as well as a chance for you to try your hand at the different styles of training. Throughout the weekend we have over 20 sponsors and vendors with booths set up to help you connect to the Southern Illinois strength community! Come out for one or both days at the Southern Illinois Strength Expo!
