Install instant hot water dispenser system under my kitchen sink

Hello handymen and plumbers, I have purchased an instant hot water dispenser system (see picture 1). I need it installed under my kitchen sink. Here is what I know. 1. There is an electrical connection available for use in the cabinet under the sink. 2. The sink surface has an appropriately sized hole that can be used for the hot water faucet. 3. There is a plastic water pipe under the sink (see picture 2) that can be tapped into for the water connection to the hot water tank. 4. The hot water system installation YouTube video mentions a quarter inch T Fitting (picture 3) that is not included in the packaging, and you have to grab it from Home Depot on your way over, I will pay for it.
