Description
It breaks our hearts to have to rehome our dog, Chico. He is a little over 3 yrs old and weighs 65-70 pounds. He was a rescue and we have had him for approximately 2 yrs. Chico is extremely loving, loyal and protective. He gets along great with our pug (and other dogs in the extended family), loves to play, and is amazing with my two boys, ages 6 & 9. However, Chico needs to be slowly introduced to new dogs, he is not a dog you would take to the dog park or doggie day care. He is mellow, sleeps most of the day, but is always up for tug-a-war or fetch in the yard. Chico enjoys daily walks (or runs if that is your thing) but is not required. He is not destructive and can be left home alone all day if needed. He would do best in a house without young children and needs to be calmly introduced to house guests, as he is very protective. He is a great watch dog.
