Chef Chuck and his team will feature creative and off-menu dishes paired with our award winning ales. It will surely ignite the fire of love! Welcome Pint 16oz Specialty Beer Release (shhhh... it's a secret) First Course - Creamy spinach and artichoke dip with house pita points 8oz. Lancelot's Cream Ale *4.8% ABV: mild, pale, and light-bodied ale that can be brewed with both lager and ale yeast strains. Second Course - Your Choice of Chicken Roulade stuffed with herb goat cheese or Beef Medallions topped with mushroom and onion (served with asparagus and roasted potato)**8oz. Deadmonk Abbey Ale *7% ABV: full bodied dubbel with large mouthfeel and lingering spice notes. Third Course - Honey Pana Cotta topped with a fig and pistachio crumble 8oz. Castlebrite Apricot Wheat Ale *5.7% ABV: light and refreshing wheat with pure apricot puree.
