Chef Moyer and Head Brewer, Lee Streeter have prepared an awesome 5 Course Craft Beer and Food Pairing Event on Thursday, January 27th.
Join us for Looking Glass Brewing Co first ever Dinner Pairing Event that will be held at the brewery on Thursday, January 27th between 7pm-9pm. This event will include 5 flight glass pours of select craft beers that have been paired nicely with Chef Moyer's 5 Course Meal. Dinner tickets of $44.99 per person (plus tax & service fee) will need to be purchased in advance in order to secure seating for your party (if someone wishes to join but would prefer to eat off the normal menu only buy a ticket for the pairing meal and include a note the number of people in your party). We will be open to the public serving our normal food menu so there will be limited seating for this event.The 5 Course Craft Beer and Dinner Pairing Menu:- Super Squishy (Peach Mango Lactose Kettle Sour Dry-hopped with Citra, 6.5%) paired with "Small charcuterie plate of cured meats & artisan cheeses"- Red Dawn (Red Rye DIPA, 9.5%) paired with "Red Dawn hand-battered cod and fries with citrus tartar & slaw"- .300 Blackout (Imperial Stout, 10.5% paired with "Smoked Pork tenderloin with truffle mac and cheese & bacon roasted Sprouts topped with a .300 Blackout Glaze- DBR (Cream Ale, 5.8%) paired with "Tater tots smothered with warm peanut butter and jelly, topped with candied pork belly & fresh thyme"- Knob Creek Aged 22 Acacia Ave. (12 month age Old Ale, 11.5%) paired with "Chocolate Creme Brûlée topped with macerated strawberries & fresh mint"Please purchase your parties dinner tickets at the same time to ensure that every will be seated at the same table.
