Press release from the City of Long Beach: January 14, 2022 Please help us recycle Christmas trees by placing them curbside on the same day as your garbage pickup (East End: Monday/Thursday; West End: Tuesday/Friday). Christmas trees will be collected separately from regular garbage and will be taken away to be recycled into mulch. Please make sure to remove all ornaments and decorations.
