Looking for Independent Keyboardist

I am forming a very informal 4 piece group, and would like to find a very skilled keyboard player who does not need to practice and rarely rehearse. (There is a difference). I am 62, and have played guitar and piano myself since '75. The goal would be to put something together within 6 months and be ready to play out at some small venues once a month or maybe more if that would happen. More and more bands are doing their "homework" these days and I would make this a very big part of this group. Everyone is crazy busy these days and im sure you are no exception. Currently, I have a decent P.A. system and rehearsal space. Im hoping to start building my music studio this Spring. As far as the material goes, my idea for this group, and I have been in many that play the same ole tired covers, is to do just the opposite. In fact, the name I have come up with is probably going to be " The Not Just any Cover Band". The name will reflect obscure cover songs and some even very obscure.
