Press release from the City of Portland: January 14, 2022 The City is seeking proposals from experienced executive search firms to assist in all aspects of the recruitment process. Preferred consultants will demonstrate familiarity with qualifications required of local government executives, and will propose a plan for scheduling and conducting a national search; the selected firm will work closely with the City Council to assess the Council's goals and objectives for the recruitment process.  To obtain a copy of the RFP, please contact the City's Purchasing Office via email at [email protected] or via phone at 207.874.8654. Proposals from vendors not registered with the City's Purchasing Office may be rejected. Questions must be submitted in writing by February 9, 2022 at 12:00 PM via email to [email protected].  The City Manager Search Subcommittee will meet next on Thursday, January 27, 2022 at 8:00 AM via Zoom.
