We want someone that has a passion for hospitality to assist in creating a memorable member experience. We'll also need you to know your way around a computer and be comfortable supporting customers through phone, email, and in person. Duties and Responsibilities Assist in the overall responsibility of ensuring the positive and welcoming atmosphere at Venture X by: · Assist with opening procedures and setting up the café for members· Assist with stocking the café as needed · Ensuring the cleanliness of the common areas, café, restrooms, and member services. · Sorting through the mail · Answering phones and directing information and people as needed · Assisting members with needs or directing them to the appropriate team member · Ability to multi-task · Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment · Excellent oral and written communication skills · Demonstrate excellent customer service · Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment · Strong problem solving, problem prevention and decision making skills · Create and send out the monthly newsletter to all members · Assist the Community Manager with various tasks (greeting and checking in guests, assisting with the set up for meetings or events, printer assistance, member orientations) · Handle all mail and the maintenance of virtual office plans. This role is a vital part of the services we provide to our members. In assisting them to make the most of their businesses and careers, you have a great impact on that experience. The Community Coordinator is the front line in creating a welcoming atmosphere and assisting members and guests with their needs.
