Press release from Kendall County Sheriff's Office: 01/14/2022 4:30 AM 01/13/22 2022-0126, Identity Theft: On 01/13/22 at 11:49 a.m., deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Hickory Lane in Bristol Township for a report of identity theft.  The investigation is ongoing. 2022-0126, Identity Theft: 2022-0134, Hit and Run: On 01/14/22 at 3:26 a.m., deputies responded to the scene of a traffic crash near the intersection of Tuma Rd. and Park Drive South in Bristol Township.  During the investigation, contact was made with the driver of the vehicle, identified as Alicia A. Hanna, a 33-year-old female from the 0-99 block of Yorkville St. in Yorkville, at her residence.  Hanna was cited for leaving the scene of a property damage crash and released on a recognizance bond.   The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
