PHOENIX, AZ — A 16-year-old boy was in critical condition after being shot in the head through a drive-thru window Thursday, according to Phoenix police. Police did not identify the boy, who they said was still in critical condition on Friday. The person suspected of shooting the boy had not been caught, police said. The teen was working at a fast food restaurant near 19th Avenue and Glendale Avenue on Thursday when he and a customer got into an argument over a drive-thru order, according to police. The customer walked up to the drive-thru window and shot the teen through the window, according to police. The shooter then jumped into a waiting vehicle and fled, police said. Police ask that anyone with information contact the Phoenix Police Department or Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS or 480-TESTIGO for Spanish speakers.
