This position is an extension of a Branson MO based full service landscape company requiring constant communication with the home company support staff and managers, Zanescapes Tree and Yard. Position would service the Joplin MO and surrounding communities. Qualifications: >Good leadership and training abilities as well as the ability to learn estimation of projects with pricing, etc. >Strong organizational skills/self-starter >Consistent and excellent interpersonal skills for both staff as well as customers >Computer skills >Problem solving >Mechanical knowledge for on and off road landscape related equipment >Landscape experience a MUST and the ability to do the work Responsibilities: >Leadership in training staff on company trucks and equipment use and care >Landscape project overseeing and completion/inspection >Timely management of estimates/scheduling/projects and documentation
