House Painter Wanted

We have several houses under contract, and rentals turning over this year - looking for a new house painter. Our houses are typically vacant when job is needed, and have other smaller projects if in your skill set. Currently we have 2 houses ready to be painted, hardwood floors finished, and carpet installed. Both homes are 3 bed, one is 900sq, the other 1050sq.
