Hi, I’m Ruddy and I’m looking for a nice, quiet room to live in. I’ve been living with N (landlord) for 3 years, but N is selling the place so I’m search of a new one! I’m very quiet, honest, respectful and responsible. Like to keep common areas clean and organized. I work Monday through Friday so I’m home mostly on weekends.
