Description
We’re seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly organized personal assistant. You must have strong time-management and communication skills. You like getting sh*t done! No task is too big or too small for you. If you are punctual, reliable, and trustworthy we’d love to hear from you.
We’re a busy household with 2 business owners, a 3-year-old, and 2 dogs. Flexibility in this position is an absolute must. This role involves working with a high-energy advertising CEO who will have last-minute requests and a Type-A real estate professional/interior designer who has backup plans for backup plans.
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Scheduling appointments (automotive maintenance, medical, restaurant reservations, vendors, etc.)
• Running errands (coffee and lunch runs, donating items, dry cleaning, grocery shopping, post office, returns, etc.)
• Keeping spaces organized.
• Handling mail and deliveries.
• Managing light household tasks (backstock, dishes, laundry, etc.)
• Helping with pet care including baths, occasionally feeding, scheduling vet appointments, and walking dogs. We have an elderly toy breed dog and a medium-sized rescue puppy.
• Supporting real estate/interior design company and traveling as needed to help on-site at projects. Locations are within 3 hour-drive of Los Angeles.
• Supporting digital advertising agency administrative tasks. Ordering, wrapping, and shipping gifts for clients and staff.
• Also, nice to have: meal prepping and meal planning experience (if you have experience and interest in that)
Requirements:
* Authorized to work in the USA.
* MUST BE VACCINATED! Proof of COVID-19 vaccination and booster required.
* A reliable vehicle, driver’s license, and auto insurance.
* Ability to communicate via email, text, etc.
* Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour; mileage will also be reimbursed.
Hours: Flexible schedule. The position will start part-time but could grow into full-time role.
