Need EXPERIENCED carpenter - Remodel, framing, fire/flood restoration, demo and build back and new construction builds, install Sheetrock, special projects. - Experience in all phases of carpentry including demo, framing, and building of masonry forms. - Complete project responsibilities including demolition, foundation layout, framing, sheetrock installation and finish carpentry. - Apply knowledge of wood refinishing, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, framing, siding, concrete formwork, concrete placement. - Concrete foundation forming, finish carpentry, cabinet installations, and all interior and exterior door and associate hardware installations. Hang interior/exterior doors and install hardware. Minimum 3 years of experience Tools of trade and the ability to bring them onsite. Must have valid driver license & transportation and be able to travel out of state.
