Eugene has turned into a crime ridden cesspool. I kept my business and work out of Eugene today and it's going to stay that way. Kate Brown and Bennis are destroying Eugene. And the police/media need to quit saying " there is no ongoing threat to the community " if the perpetrator of a crime hasn't been caught. They are more worried about business traffic than people.
