I am looking for a babysitter/nanny for my 4 year old daughter. I would like to start out with 3-4 hours of babysitting a few times a week. As we become comfortable the job could expand to light lunch prep, drop off at school, basic cleaning. My daughter likes to do crafts, do puzzles, and play board games. She is also part chinese and is learning mandarin. The person I am looking for must be a female between the ages of 30 and 50 ideally. But I would possibly consider outside that range. Must be chinese and speak mandarin fluently. You must be willing to talk to my child in chinese and help her learn and become better at speaking and reading. Must have references and have strong ties to the community. Also, I can only speak english so I need someone that can speak english fairly well also. Our first meeting/interview will be at a public place without my daughter. If I find someone that I think could potentially be a good fit for us then you will meet my daughter and see how it goes.
