Seeking Bahamas travel companion for February – March two-week trip

Are you an adventurous soul who thinks swimming with pigs; feeding iguanas; wading in shark territory and eating BBQ’d conch sounds like a perfect way to spend the day? So do I. I am planning a trip to the Bahamas in late February, early March timeframe and am seeking the right person to go with me as a caregiver. There’s no pay involved but your round-trip airfare from Sacramento, accommodations and most of our excursions will be paid for. Eating and incidentals are up to you. I’m 67 and have, in the last few years, developed some fairly debilitating health issues, in particular, congestive heart failure, diabetes 2 and emphysema. The only one of those conditions that is even noticeable is the latter, but I do carry a portable oxygen machine to use when needed and which you would be responsible to keep charged. I have traveled extensively in the U S, South America and some in Asia, and have ALWAYS been independent and traveled alone, but I can no longer realistically do that. I need a non-certified, non-licensed caregiver with a natural desire to help people. The reason I say “non-certified” is because I don’t need much, if any, medical or hygiene care (although you do need to be certified in CPR) and I can’t pay you for your help. Your pay is the free trip. I AM NOT A RICH OLD WIDOW LADY WITH MONEY TO BURN. My husband is still very much alive, but no longer travels. I’ve saved my pennies for this trip which is on my “Bucket List.” (My sister and I were all set to go when Covid 19 hit in 2020.) You MUST have; THREE VERIFIABLE REFERENCES; A CURRENT PASSPORT (if you don’t already have one, it’s too late to get one); A CURRENT DRIVERS LICENSE; PROOF OF COVID VACCINATION and be willing to be vaccinated again and tested just before we go. (Those are government's rules, not mine.) You should posess a quick wit and easy sense of humor; not be easily offended by my “sailor talk;” be easy going; able to handle challenges and put up with a cantankerous old lady who will regale you with stories of her many life adventures.
