ABOUT POSTREPS PostReps is a business that offers high quality service to real estate agents and offices across the Treasure Valley. Our team is made of dependable employees who strive to achieve the best quality work for our clients. We have been consistently growing each year and are now looking to add an additional installer. Interested individuals must be committed to quality work, be dependable, and available to work Mondays through Fridays. JOB DESCRIPTION Our sign and post installers assemble the post, dig a hole, install the post, and make sure it is secured into the ground --similar to installing fence posts. After the post is installed we then clean the post and sign and verify everything looks sharp. Applying a fresh coat of paint is often necessary after a post has been installed. Our installers will then access the order online, verify everything is installed as requested, leave closing remarks, photograph the job, and upload the completed workorder into our online system. On occasion, an installer may hit a sprinkler line; when this happens the installer will need to immediately repair any damage. Removal of posts is also part of the job. When a post is requested for removal, the installer will visit the property and remove the post, fill in the hole, and close out the workorder. Occasionally we will also perform delivery/pickup orders for storage of agent signs. Each morning, installers will review their routes and pull any inventory needed to complete their jobs for the day. At the end of the day, installers will put away any panels that have been picked up.
