Preferences Having knowledge of small engines, and having tools Must be able to work well with others, and take direction in a fast paced environment. Job Description Learn to perform routine maintenance and inspections on small engines, large lawn equipment, mowers, snow blowers, and other related vehicles and equipment. Learn to diagnose small engine problems, maintaining shop area cleanliness, and collecting and disposing of trash. Clearly explain to the customer’s satisfaction the diagnosis and repair of the machine in question. Look up parts needed for repairs. Continually seek both technical and product training when available. Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, improve and promote quality, and monitor own work to ensure quality. Assemble new equipment when necessary Test run equipment Hourly based on experience, bonus pay opportunities. Job Type: Full-time
