*Immediate, full time positions Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
*No down time. We work rain or shine and no seasonal layoffs.
*40 hours a week guaranteed with possibility of overtime.
*Starting pay is $16+ based on experience (this will be negotiated during interview)
*Must have basic construction experience, We can teach the rest!
*Must have a valid drivers license.
*All tools & materials are provided by company
*Must be able to work outdoors year round, in a fast pace environment.
*Ability to lift 75 lbs or more
*Heavy machine experience is a plus!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
*Prepping lots for homes, including providing runners or working with ABS/gravel sets.
*Demo and site cleanup
*Setting new homes, which includes spotting the homes, blocking, strapping, and leveling homes, water and sewer tie-in, connecting electric, installing skirting and decks
*Repair and maintain park infrastructure including water and sewer lines.
*Landscaping, snow removal, and tree cutting.
