We are an Adaptive Riding Program "HELPING PEOPLE THROUGH HORSES" Volunteers are needed in several areas: Do you like working with horses and people or perhaps you prefer working by yourself cleaning stalls, turnouts, waters. Maybe you are looking for something you can do at home. We have something for everyone. Scooters Place works with people of all abilities especially those who need a little more patience. Our program works with people with special needs and we are starting our new division, Operation Scooters Place for Veterans. If you would like to be considered to join our team for either or both programs please let us know. We need many more hands to help with the horses care, lesson programs, farm maintenance and special projects. Volunteers are needed as follows: Development and Fundraising Leaders and Sidewalkers for lessons Turnout /cleanup Farm maintenance Work projects Office/Administration Bookkeeping Please respond to ScootersPlace.org and fill out a Volunteer Application or text with any questions and someone will get back to you asap.
