I have a few painting and sanding projects. Please feel free to provide quote for one or all of the service. Please provide a description of your experience. 1. Trim out windows in attic 2. Stain spindles & banister a. Rough up spindles on stairs b. Apply 1 coat of stain that incl poly in it to spindles c. Wait to dry d. Rough up both spindles and banister with 320 grit (just to rough up poly) e. Apply 1 more coat of stain to both spindles and banister. 3. Stairs - light sanding to smooth (they were already lightly sanded once) 1 coat primer, 2 coats brown similar color to spindles 4. Attic stairs a. Light sanding using vibrating sander (I will provide) b. Apply 1 coat of stain c. Apply 2 coats of poly, sanding with 320 grit in between. 5. Kitchen Cabinet Doors a. Remove remaining cabinet doors b. 2 coats primer c. 2 coats paint d. Reinstall all cabinet doors. 6. Remainder of kitchen a. 2 coats of paint on walls b. 1 coat of paint on trim around windows and doors.
