Handyman to install RV Vents and motorcycle hauler

I need RV vents and a motorcycle carrier installed for my scooter. I have the vent covers (3) already, but I haven't bought the motorcycle carrier yet. I am looking at Harbor Freight, possibly. I am willing to pay $200 for the installation of these items. Let me know if this interests you. Please only respond if you know how to install these items. I am looking at having this done next weekend. Thanks! Kim
