Garage Band Reset

I need a Garage Band expert.........I would like someone who knows Garage Band intimately to partner up and let's use my computer room for a studio where: 1)I would like to record some songs I want to lay down 2)Offer demo services for singer/songwriter types or, whatever the studio can handle and record (i.e. trying to turn this in to a revenue stream) 3)Perhaps producing a weekly show via You Tube or the like. Get an idea of what I'm suggesting? This is a back door way for me to get some recording done and then expanding out to see if we can parlay this in to, as I said, a revenue stream. Honestly, I'm just not a engineer type plus I've always been too hyper to sit down and figure stuff out. That puts me at the mercy of someone who knows their way around digitally. Me, not so much. I'm a smart guy but, never had the patience it takes. Makes me wonder how I ever stayed with guitar through the years. I add these links so you get an idea of what I'm doing musically and that I'm for real. We live in the Anderson Mill neighborhood. I've been playing a long time and am very experienced in both live and studio situations and professional to a fault. I'm a special ed teacher so I'm home by 4 o'clock. Hit me up.
