Part Time, Temporary Construction and Remodeling Laborer

Contractor specializing in fencing and remodeling looking for part-time laborers. Hours are not guaranteed and may be 40+hrs on some weeks or none on others. Pay is $15-30/hr depending on skills, experience and ability to work well in a team. This is for someone looking for a side gig or someone who wants to learn some trade skills, not someone in need of a primary income source. The following qualifications are a must: -owns a car -flexible schedule -shows up on time -capable of hard physical labor in hot and wet weather -communicates clearly and nonviolently with coworkers and takes direction well -does not smoke on the job and does not take smoke breaks Preference will be given to applicants meeting the following criteria: -has some basic experience with carpentry, drywall or painting -owns their own basic tools (hammer, drill/driver, square, tool belt, measuring tape) Please email Jay for more information and include a phone number in your email.
