To whom it may concern, I walked into your Thurston location (@ 5:25pm on Friday, 1/14/22) needing a covid test. There was 1 person in the waiting room, no one at the desk, and loud talking/laughter coming from the back. It seemed slow in there... After a few moments, tall man in grey scrubs and a fat belly walks out, doesn't go to the desk but just stands there and asks me what I need. I tell him and he quickly replies that, "Oh, we're not doing anymore covid patients today" Me: aren't you open until eight? "We have to cut off covid testing at a certain time because if we didn't, we wouldn't have time to see anyone else." (the rapid fluttering of his eyelids tell me he was either saying something he didn't believe to be true, or was remissed to have to interrupt the fun in back) Conclusion: I not sure if I have been exposed to covid-19. I have many symptoms, but without a positive test I am expected to work Saturday, potentially exposing all of my customers, many of which are elderly. I hold Nova Health responsible. Shame on you and your lazy employees.
