Tina Maids of Charlotte Job Description We are a family owned and operated residential/business cleaning company looking for motivated, responsible, and self-driven individuals that wish to work for a growing business. We service the Greater Charlotte area and parts of South Carolina. Tina Maids is a technology cleaning system, and our mobile staff app helps track scheduling, team communication, work details, and much more. At Tina Maids, we work in teams of two. We provide interactive online training and on the job training. Here are some of the requirements: *Ability to provide consistent and high-quality cleaning services for clients. *Ability to walk, bend, push, pull and lift repetitively during working hours. *Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team member. *Self-motivated with the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision. *Proficiency to sweep, vacuum and mop floors. *Comply with all given job instructions and maintain established cleanliness standards. *Clean houses with a variety of chemicals, disinfectants, and machines. *Ability to self-assess performance or team members to make improvements or to take corrective action. *Must be reliable, responsible, dependable, with willingness to fulfill obligations. *Capacity for details maintaining a conscientious effort in thoroughly completing work tasks. *Excellent organizational skills are a must. *Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. *Must have own vehicle with valid driver’s license. *Ability to pass background check Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Compensation: We offer a set rate of $13.00 - $15.00 per hour (plus tips), paid holidays and bonus structure provided.
