Local contractor looking for someone with general carpentry and handyman-type of work experience. Must have basic knowledge of painting, spackling, general repair and other odd-job type of work. We specialize in small renovations and improvements as well as property maintenance. This will start out as a by-the-task or project-hire but could lead to full time if it's a good fit for both parties. Must be clean-cut and presentable, trustworthy, able to work unsupervised at times, have valid driver's license and transportation as well as basic hand tools. Larger and specialized tools will be provided as needed. Perfect opportunity for a freelance handyman. Please email me with experience and desired hourly rate.
