ROLE SUMMARY: The Supervisor works closely with the Location Manager to achieve production and gross profit goals for the branch. You are the leader on the ground, ensuring the highest quality standards are being met while providing exceptional customer experience and targeted production rates. TOP 3 OUTCOMES IN YEAR 1: Meet your budgeted production goals. Average productivity should be between 95% - 105%. Achieve an average customer review rating of 4.9. Ensure employees are completing assigned training timely. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the supervision of the production team. This includes oversight, training, quality and inventory control, as well as output of all production Employee retention of 75% or better. For satellite branches, management and maintenance of the location shop and office space Timely documentation of additional work and T&M projects Manage materials inventory levels taking into account supply chain shortages Safety record that exceeds industry standards Quality job site inspections A portion of time spent in production and installation of concrete coatings as needed QUALIFICATIONS: Proven success with supervisory experience, preferably in a construction, flooring or manual labor environment Proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel, Google Suite, Project Management Software Independently motivated and able to achieve goals and timelines under minimal supervision Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal Must be excited to learn and grow with us as we expand into new markets Can read and understand a project scope, make a plan, and foresee any complications Must be at least 18 years old Must have a valid driver’s license Must be able to lift 100 pounds of equipment and supplies on a regular basis Must be able to be on your hands and knees, crawling and bending for long periods of time Must be able to operate power tools Must be available for occasional travel.
