APPLY HERE We are on the hunt for a Crew Leader starting in February 2022 that can coach and mentor teams, own inventory, and equipment needs, and is not afraid of getting their hands dirty and working in production. No prior coatings experience? We will train you, send you for training, bring you back for training, and train you some more. Seriously, you will learn a new trade and know how to put down amazing looking floors! Have prior coatings experience? AWESOME! In a never-ending pursuit to be the best, we are seeking an experienced Crew Leader who is team driven with a take charge, can-do attitude! This role will support our teams in both a production role and as a leader/coach. You will be in the field working with your teams as well as spending time on administrative duties, visiting past and upcoming projects, and making sure the coatings teams has everything they need to succeed. This role requires physical labor and heavy lifting up to 100 lbs. Qualifications: Must have 3 or more years of experience managing a team Prior experience in Concrete Coatings preferred Valid Driver’s License Must be able to carry/lift up to 100 lbs Attention to detail, critical-thinker, and problem-solver Excellent communication skills; interpersonal, written, and verbal COMPENSATION: $24.50 - $28 per hour + bonus BENEFITS: Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance Paid Time-Off Continuous Year-Round Work Company matched 401K will be available after 6 months of employment.
