As these Great White attacks are incurred by their coming closer to shore to feed on Seals whose population has tripled in 12 years and as they are starving, polluting our beaches and destroying our local fishery as they no longer have natural predators like Bears and Native Americans, other than Great Whites and Orcas, a community effort is being formed to hunt Seals.
Those of us with experience will be teaching pointers on the best way to hunt them.
We will teach you the Seal call.
Seals upon hearing the call will raise their heads to see what the call is thereby giving you a good target for a neck shot.
We suggest using heavy soft point bullets of at least.270 calibre (6.5mm).
We will be making Seal Stew, Newfoundland style, as Newfoundlanders have been culling Seals for centuries to save their fisheries.
Donations of Turnips, Carrots and Potatoes welcome to make this traditional Newfoundland meal.
So come help us save the environment by bringing this Seal population down to a sustainable, ecological supporting level.
Enjoy the hunt and the stew and know that your contribution is saving Seals from starvation, our local fishing industry and possibly the life of another Surfer
