Maintenance Tech / Groundskeeper - Looking for FULL TIME Maintenance technician to assist Maintenance Manager oversee grounds and property maintenance for 2 of our smaller Mobile Home communities***Full Time, 40 hours a week, M-F 8am-5pm, Starting at $18/hour***General responsibilities include: Primarily responsible for the daily upkeep of the grounds and appearance of the property; upkeep of community grounds and common areas, creating and maintaining curb appeal Managing watering system to optimize turf conditions, edging, blowing, cleaningResponsible for the Maintenance of Manufactured Homes.Clean office, restrooms and common areas daily Performs physical site inspections of facilities Painting, general carpentry, light electrical and plumbingA general knowledge of site management that includes customer service skills and daily operational knowledge is required.Rehabbing of onsite or incoming homes. And additional items as neededMinimum Qualification: Possess a valid driver's license. Possess a high school diploma or GED. Be able to deal with conflict and handle in a professional and calm manner. Be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Be able to bend over easily in order to open unit doors, weed facility grounds, sweep, etc. Be able to read and understand documents including policy manual, checklistsSuccessfully complete background check COMPENSATION: Starting Hourly rate $18.00 / HourBonus Opportunities ($8,000/year +/-)$500 Employer Contribution Paid towards Medical premium after 60 daysDental, Vision and other supplementary benefits available after 30 daysHoliday paid time off Please apply online with Osprey Management at:
