Our Pinellas County based company is actively seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Service Provider Acquisition and Management Specialist. As the leading supplier of moving labor nationwide, we have this exciting and challenging position open for the right candidate.
If Hired, Your Responsibilities Will Include:
• Acquiring new Service Providers nationally, primarily focusing on markets designated by management.
• Interviewing and vetting prospective Providers
• Onboarding of newly hired Providers
• Developing and Maintaining Provider relationships both verbally and electronically.
• Maintenance of the Provider databases in Quickbooks and on our online software.
• Tracking of Providers performance
• Maintaining of reports critical for management decisions
• Procuring marketing campaigns for recruitment of potential Providers
• Updating and transmission of our Provider newsletter
• Reliability and Punctuality on a mostly five-day a week work schedule

• Proactive mindset
• Hands on approach to management through data analytics and team mentality
• Attention to details
• Strong organizational skills
• Customer service type skill set for Provider relationships
• Computer literacy with aptitudes in the following areas:
► Microsoft Outlook or Similar Email Hosting Software
► Microsoft Excel
► Quickbooks or similar accounting-type software (preferred but not required)
