Snow bird building (quiet most of he year) General Responsibilities: • Maintaining cleanliness of property, grounds, and all common areas. Ability to work outdoors for multiple hours at a time including pressure cleaning sidewalks, maintaining parking cleanliness, etc. • Comply with all safety procedures, maintaining good housekeeping and safety of work areas. Recognize danger and safety hazards and propose methods to eliminate them. • Demonstrating customer services skills by treating residents and others with respect, responding sensitively to complaints about maintenance services, and completing assigned work orders with efficiency and urgency. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent/ Must be able to read and write and communicate in passable English • Ability to handle physical workload / be able to lift 50lbs. • Must be able to speak English. ***Must have reliable transportation! We offer onsite parking Position hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00-am to 4:00-pm. During winter season 1-2 hours may be required on the weekends but otherwise Most weekends off! 90 Day probation period. Full background checks are required to start. Please reply by email
