I found active breathwork right after covid hit and it helped me deal with my stress and anxiety. It was and continues to be an incredible release. It’s the closest I get to being pure consciousness. It really is getting high on my own supply. It’s a practice I do almost daily and has been a life changer for me.

Why do breathwork?

What to bring:
If you have a yoga mat, you can bring it as we will be laying on the floor. If you don’t have a mat, we have extras!
You will be lying down for most of an hour. If you want to bring blankets (you might get cold and/or hot in breathwork) and pillows to make yourself more comfortable, I would highly suggest you do this.
PLEASE TRY TO COME ON AN EMPTY STOMACH! Try to not eat at least a couple hours before breathwork. Otherwise, your stomach might get upset and you won’t have the best experience.
