Learn water bath canning techniques to make jams and jellies.
Everyone loves to receive homemade gifts that were made especially for them. Jams and jellies are extra special gifts and not to mention delicious. In this class you will learn water bath canning techniques and preserving jelly safely. This program will be hands-on demonstration with lecture on making jams and jellies, how to make freezer jam, equipment needed, food safety guidelines, water bath guidelines and methods. The registration fee includes tasting and taking home samples.
The registration fee is $25.00. Participants must register on Eventbrite by February 3, 2022. Class is limited to 25. There will be no refunds for the registration fee. This class is subject to cancellation if less than 5 people registered. If the workshop is cancelled, the registration fee can be used for a future program.
