The Douglas County Right to Life pro-life rally It will start at 2pm in front of Mercy Medical Center Sunday afternoon, January 23rd. The walk goes down Stewart Parkway and around the corner onto Garden Valley Boulevard, ending at the Seventh-day Adventist Church parking lot where a baby shower to benefit the Safe Haven Maternity Center will be held. “Many times they choose abortion because they don’t have any other choices, and our message is one of love and we try to come alongside them and help them access better choices, reminding them along the way that there really is a baby in there,” - Linda Middlekauff “One of the reasons we came was because it was a very respectful march, it wasn’t shaming anyone or condemning anyone, it was just an offering of options, it was very positive.” - Conni Riley
