Apartment maintenace tech and/or painting Collinsville-Edwardsville-Troy
1) Rental Prep- repair units, interior painting & patching
2) Reliable pickup truck/ insured transportation.
3) Pass background check
4) Part time 20-30 hours week
5) Flexible hours, empty units
6) Independent contractor, may grow into full time employee
7) $17-$21 hour, paid every Friday
