Lisa Gillies is a full-time stay at home mother of two boys. She was born and raised in Lake Bluff, IL. It was 7 years ago when she discovered the world of fitness and has not stopped digging at the opportunity to learn more on a daily basis. After learning the basics of a daily workout routine, she expanded into creating her own home workouts and quickly realized her desire to help other people achieve their fitness goals. Self motivation has been the redeeming feature for finding balance that works on a daily basis.
Lisa wears many hats as a full-time mom, including: chef, house cleaner, chauffeur, nurse, negotiator, and paying-it-forward teacher. You will find Lisa and her boys hiking, biking, and running – maybe all in the same day. The beach and good food make their world go round
