S.O.S.! Are your hips so tight that if you sit cross legged on the floor your knees are way up off the floor? Help has arrived!
Attend our Science Of Stretching led by Eutonna as she coaches you through positions to stretch, release tension and increase your flexibility throughout the hips. A quick anatomy and breathing tutorial will be presented first, followed by a breakdown of the poses to release and open the hips. You will have the opportunity to hold the pose to really deep dive into the alignment and benefits.
This workshop is designed for all levels. Whether you are tight from sitting at a computer all day long or a fitness afficianado, we can all benefit from increased flexibility. Walk away from the session with less tension in the hips, feeling energized and maybe even a big smile on your face. Join one or all three sessions in the S.O.S. series.
Please bring a yoga mat, props will be provided.
