Description

Join us in this interactive event focused on strategies, insight and pedagogy. Symposium Flier A note about safety: Thank you for participating in the 2022 Equity Symposium and Leadership Summit. We are moving forward with an in-person event and we are so glad that you will be joining us. COVID Event Safety and Responsibility: We know there are many concerns regarding attending a conference during this latest surge and with the staffing shortages across the state. As the COVID-19 Global Pandemic continues, ACSA Region 6 is managing our in-person events with the health, safety, and well-being of our presenters and attendees in mind. ACSA Region 6 is committed to providing a safe, productive, and welcoming environment in which to learn. All participants, including, but not limited to, attendees, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, ACSA staff, service providers, and others are expected to abide by our code of conduct and all policies in effect for each event. Policies can vary between events based on local/state mandates. We ask that you agree to follow the ACSA Region 6 Events Code of Conduct which includes mask wearing when not actively eating, drinking or presenting, providing proof of vaccination OR a negative COVID test (either PCR or Rapid Antigen) taken within 72 hours of arrival to the Symposium Registration Desk, social distancing, hand-washing and respecting other attendees space. We ENCOURAGE all attendees to take a COVID test prior to attending the event but this is not a requirement (except for the unvaccinated). We also ENCOURAGE wearing KN95 or surgical masks if possible. HEALTH AND SAFETY CHECK-IN Prior to checking into the Symposium/Summit please provide proof of your vaccination OR negative test (PCR or Rapid Antigen) on line here: https://forms.gle/oFSwJjpnHg6HeK44A or at the South Counter of the registration area. ACSA staff will provide you with a wristband to wear during the event. This band should stay on for the entirety of the event. Once you have your wristband you can proceed to registration check-in. ACSA Region 6 represents School Administrators from Alameda and Contra Costa counties. ACSA serves educational leaders in the pursuit of equity and excellence to meet the diverse needs of all California students. Region 6 has local charters that meet regularly to support administrators in our region.
