We have come together to introduce young men of color to careers in Real Estate. On Sunday, February 13th, 2022 from 11 to 4PM, Ani Real Estate, Dream Spots Leasing and Sales, Boone and Associates LLC, Champagne Closings, CITI, Xcellence Inspection Services, Secure Home and Automation, Atlas Management, Blue Door Dave Real Estate, Amerisafe Property Inspection, Motto Mortgage, Lima One, Russell Renovation, The Renovation Room and Mohall Commercial and Urban Development will be hosting a real estate expo specifically for Black men that want to learn from and build with Black male owners and leaders in the real estate industry. On site we will have representatives from various aspects of our industry including broker owners, (residential and commercial), lenders, insurers, attorneys, appraisers, inspectors, developers, realtor association leaders and others, hosting a series of panels and talks on everything including careers in Real Estate, homeownership, investing in Real Estate and developing Real Estate to build wealth. Some of the topics we will cover include.. How to Get Started in Real Estate Using Homeownership to Build Wealth Careers in Real Estate for Black Men Developing Real Estate For Profit and Community Investment Ideas/Strategies in Real Estate We are work together to educate and empower young Black men to think about entrepreneurship and wealth building through Real Estate.
