Make a bid. 25 square foot floor job

Roughly 25 square foot inside storage closet. Needs carpet pulled and replaced by linoleum. I'll supply the linoleum, but you will need to trim it into place. You will need your own tools. Job must be done on Feb 3, 4, or 5, preferably in the morning. Near River and Sabino Canyon Road. It's simple, shouldn't take more than 90 minutes. I want a firm bid, not an hourly rate.
