Dry rot on a Double Hung Window. Repair needed.

I'm a painter and I f'd up. Ended up putting my ladder on the sturdy middle frame but leaned a little right and pushed through dry rot on the bottom of the upper window frame and the glass cracked. Since I bid the job poorly I'm looking for maybe a retired or semi-retired window repair/carpenter who wouldn't mind a project that doesn't pay top dollar. I'm fishing for a break and just maybe find the right person for this job here on Craigslist. The owner will probably pay for the carpentry, dry rot replacement and I'll be paying for the glass. It is what it is. Anyone out there?
