This is a 5 Minute Job Need rusted 4”screw removed from an outside exhaust fan that’s stopping the exhaust flap from closing. (yes, some idiot did this) *You will need a 10-15 ft ladder. Ultimately, I would like this done today Saturday 15th January. (afternoon/early evening is best) (If not, one day next week) Let me know what you will charge and what time you can get it done.
